Account information
If you sign up as a commissioner, we collect your email and a display name. Nothing else.
Payment information
Card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Pool data
The tournaments you create, picks you make, team names. The data the app needs to function.
Usage data
Anonymized page views and error reports so we know what to improve. No advertising trackers.
Participants
People who join through an invite link don't need an account. Their picks are stored against whatever display name they enter, no email or other personal info required.
We don't sell your data.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
We don't share pool data, picks, or team names with anyone outside the pool they were entered in.
We don't use your personal data to train any AI.
One cookie to keep you logged in. That's it. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies. You can clear it any time from your browser settings.
We keep your account and pool data as long as your account exists. To delete your account, email support@golfpools.co, we'll remove your data within 30 days.
You can ask us to show you, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. Email support@golfpools.co with the request and we'll handle it within 30 days. If you live in the EU, UK, or California you have additional rights under your local privacy laws, same email gets you there.
golfpools.co is not directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from people under 16. If you're a parent who believes we've received data from your child, email us and we'll delete it.
If we make meaningful changes to how we handle data, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. For commissioner accounts, we'll email you about material changes.
