Free for participants, always

The people you invite to your pool never pay anything. They click your invite link, pick their team, and they're in. No account required. No credit card. No app download. The friction at the "join" step is what kills participation in most pools. We removed it.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

There isn't a formal trial, but the subscription is month-to-month with no commitment, you can subscribe, run a pool for a single tournament, and cancel from the billing portal before the next billing cycle. Your access stays active through the end of the period.

Why $9.99/mo instead of per-pool pricing?

Per-pool pricing punishes commissioners who run multiple pools and creates a weird incentive to consolidate everything into one big pool. Flat monthly means you can run separate pools for the office, the family, and your golf buddies without thinking about it.

How do I cancel?

From your dashboard, click "Manage Subscription", that opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel with one click. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. No emails to send, no forms to fill out.

Refund policy?

No prorated refunds for partial months, canceling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the billing period. If you have a specific situation (charged in error, didn't intend to renew, etc.), email support@golfpools.co and we'll figure it out.

Will pricing go up?

We have no plans to raise prices. If we ever do, existing commissioners will be grandfathered at their original rate for at least 12 months and notified by email well in advance.

Is there a way to support without subscribing?

Yeah, share us with the commissioner who runs your office pool. Word-of-mouth from real users is the only way this thing grows.
